Apple MacBook batteries recalled

I've been having spontaneous reboots on my MacBook. I'd be sitting there typing or even sometimes idle and the *boom* my MacBook would just reboot out of nowhere or worse, just go black.

This happened on and off for about three days. I took the MacBook to the retailer I bought it from and they found out that my battery was the culprit...true enough when the took the battery out and ran on just the power plug, there were no problems.

The tech guy told me that my problem was more severe and could have led to permanent hardware failure.

The moral of the story is, even if your MacBook is working fine, get the battery checked out at your local retailer where you bought it or goto Apple's site...they have a list of the batteries on the recall list.

You can either call Apple at 800-275-2273 between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., central time, seven days a week or visit the website at this address for the battery recall info.

Money's tight...save your dough...say YES I SAVED !!!
